We are looking for an experienced and reliable Dog Daycare Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and fun environment for the dogs in our care, monitoring their activities, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to remain calm in potentially stressful situations. We offer an excellent training program with professional opportunities to grow in other areas of dog care such as swimming, exercise, and enrichment.
Responsibilities:
Provide a safe and comfortable environment for the dogs.
Clean and maintain the facility and equipment.
Provide basic care for the dogs, such as feeding, grooming, and exercise.
Monitor the behavior of the dogs to ensure safety.
Administer medications as needed.
Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
Communicate with customers regarding their pet's needs.

We are looking for a Front End Assistant Manager who supports the management team in overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both pet parents and their dogs. They are responsible for assisting in managing the front desk team, handling customer interactions, and contributing to a safe and engaging environment for the dogs in care. Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greeting and welcoming pet parents and their dogs, checking them in and out for daycare, boarding, and grooming appointments, answering phones, emails, and voicemail messages promptly and professionally.
Team Management: Assisting in creating staff schedules and monitoring daily activities to ensure efficient operations and adherence to company policies. Leading by example and coaching team members to promote a positive and customer-focused culture.
Administrative Duties: Managing client accounts, processing payments, updating client information, handling reservations and inquiries, and maintaining accurate records and assisting the General Manager and Front End Manager with all assigned projects.
Facility Operations: Assisting with the overall cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for clients and their pets. Assisting in maintaining cleaning schedules and holding the team accountable to safety and cleaning standards.
Sales and Promotion: Promoting and selling daycare, boarding, grooming, and training packages to existing and potential clients. Identifying opportunities to upsell services and grow revenue.
Dog Handling and Supervision: May assist in dog playgroups, managing group dynamics, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all dogs in care. Proactively addressing behavior issues and intervening when necessary. Assisting with dog care routines, including feeding, administering medications, and ensuring proper hygiene.
Problem-Solving: Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly and efficiently, while keeping the overall customer experience and company policies in mind.
Communication: Maintaining open and effective communication with staff, management, and clients regarding dog behavior, health updates, and any concerns.
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 based on experience.
