This 5 week class is for beginning handlers who need to start at the beginning.
Handlers will learn basic skills: Sit, down, place & stay, come, leave it and positive leash skills. The handler learns how basic cues can help with good manners and proper leash walking. Designed for dogs five months and older, this class will provide the handler and dog a foundation for further learning.
Basic Obedience 201
5 weeks - $175
For dogs 10 weeks to 5 months old.

Advanced Obedience is for handler/dog teams that have mastered basic commands and are ready for more complex tasks. This small-group setting ensures personalized attention as dogs refine their obedience skills, such as sit, stay, down, heel, and come, with increased distractions and longer durations. The course introduces advanced techniques like off-leash control, distance commands, and directional work. Dogs practice these commands in various environments, preparing them for real-world situations. Handlers learn to communicate more effectively through verbal commands, hand signals, and body language, and the class also addresses specific behavioral challenges, including impulse control and recall under distraction.
The class may also cover problem-solving for specific behavioral issues, such as impulse control, recall under distraction, and improving focus and attention.
